“Collaborative Approach to COVID – 19”: Experience Sharing Sessions between National Societies in the OIC Member States.

The National Red Cross - Red Crescent Societies, as in every disaster and emergency, are at the forefront of fighting the COVID - 19 outbreak that affects the whole world. In these difficult days, we believe that the sharing of experience between the National Societies fighting COVID - 19 is very important and vital.

Representatives of the National Societies shared their work, practices, and methods against COVID – 19. The ultimate goal of the webinar sessions was to make National Societies, more equipped and provide them the opportunity to be informed about processes and first-hand solutions in the fight against COVID – 19.

We had the opportunity to listen to Mr. Khalid Yazdani from the Pakistan Red Crescent Society, Mr. Jeyhun Mirzayev, Secretary-General of Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society, and Mr. Alper Küçük Chief International Officer of the Turkish Red Crescent Society.
