Within the scope of OIC Red Network Volunteering webinar series, the webinar titled “Volunteering Management Tools” was held online via zoom. Geoffrey Kasumba from Uganda Red Cross, Shafi Jamal from Afghanistan Red Crescent, Khalida Isgenderova from Azerbaijan Red Crescent, Arif Mustu from Turkish Red Crescent, and Viktoria Tuave-Russian Red Cross were the speakers.

The role of volunteers, their recruitment processes, volunteer motivation, and the relationship of volunteers to the government were some of the issues that speakers focused on and shared their experiences in their own context of work. The webinar was broadcasted live from the OIC Red Network Twitter account.
